This family business is certainly built on firm foundations, as Adrian is a second generation estate agent. In fact, the business is now a landmark in Enniskillen, having been established in 1918 as Parker Montgomery. Mr McElroy's father, Jack, joined the firm in 1926, becoming a partner in 1937 and sole principal in 1947. His remarkable 70 year career ended in 1982 with retirement.
Mr Adrian McElroy joined his father in business in 1982, was well placed to take over. As well as being a member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute (MIAVI), Mr McElroy is a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents (FNAEA). His skills are ably supported by three staff. These include chartered surveyor Rodney McVitty. Rodney has a BSc in estate management and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, which entitles him to use the title MRICS. We cover all of Fermanagh, as well as parts of County Tyrone and the border counties.
